If you’ve landed here, then chances are you’re struggling with thoughts, emotions, or behaviours that seem out of your control. For example, you could be experiencing anxious thoughts, self-esteem troubles or issues with drug and alcohol use. Or maybe you and your partner are going through a period of conflict in your relationship. Whatever has brought you here, the likelihood is that it is feeling too big to cope with by yourself, and you feel trapped in a repeating pattern or behaviour. This is where I can help.

You are not alone. Struggling with difficult thoughts, emotions or behaviours can be overwhelming, a very lonely place where you feel like the only person who isn’t coping. However, an estimated 1 in 4 people will experience mental health difficulties this year alone.

Starting the search for a counsellor is the first step on the journey to feeling better. It is also a brave move to reach out and ask for help on that journey. Congratulations for taking that step.
